Go with the wind

Wow 2011 is almost over.

this year definitely went by quickly but I’m grateful for the the gift of life

Spotted a blaque label dress on lulus which retailed for $140, so I decided to DIY one for myself

bought fabric for $1.50/per yard (1.50*2=$3)

yes this outfit cost me only  $3 haha

plus it was super easy to construct

more pics after the geeee…ump

Made it as a maxi skirt first because I was kinda scared to cut fabric

(summer) paired it up with a green draped top and belt (all my fav colors)
so I finally gave into cutting it, slight mistakes here and there but I think I did a pretty good job.
& ofcourse I like my work better lol
the whole time I took these pics, I was on the phone so I apologize for the weak “prop”
not intended
btw the weather was lovely that day

You look GREAT and your DIY is on point. I loved how you re-purposed the skirt that you designed for $3.00. Looking forward to more. . . .
